Towards the end of your 3 months trial a member of the HubScape team will get in touch with you. You will then have the choice of signing up for LandScaper Plus or moving to the Landscaper Free plan. Note if you have more than 3 users at this point, and want to move to Landscaper Free, you will need to remove users so that you are within the maximum of 3.
Using the import feature on the web app you can upload an excel spreadsheet with your existing client and site information all in one go. You can then create jobs for these clients and sites, and add them to the schedule using the HubScape app.
Yes you can use HubScape on your computer. Please login using the link on www.hubscape.co.uk to go to the web version.
HubScape works on both android and apple phones and tablets. You can also access the HubScape web app from any device including your desktop computer or laptop.
On the ‘Landscaper Free’ package you can have up to 3 users in your organisation. On the ‘Landscaper Plus’ package you can have unlimited users, and you will be charged per user. See our pricing page for further details.
Currently you can give your employees “owner’ or “member’ accounts. Member accounts will not be able to view any revenue information and will only be able to access their own scheduling page inside the app. Owner accounts have access to all information and features. For more information on the difference between owner and member view watch this video.
